WINGS ICT SOLUTIONS S.A. has completed the open procurement procedure for the TEAMFORADRIS project, concerning the supply of multi-parameter water quality sensors, auxiliary probes (ammonium, nitrate, turbidity, chlorophyll), and associated communication/logger units (“BlackBox”).
Procedure: Open, English-language, published on the WINGS website, evaluated under the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) based on Price (40%), Delivery (35%), Technical compliance (15%), and Warranty/Support (10%).
Offers received: 1 (within the extended deadline).
Result: The offer met all administrative and technical requirements and achieved the highest total score under MEAT.

- 3× multi-parameter water quality sensors (pH, ORP, EC/TDS/Salinity, DO, temperature, depth; self-cleaning/wiper; IP68).
- 18× auxiliary probes (ammonium, nitrate, turbidity, chlorophyll), ranges/accuracy per technical specifications.
- 3× communication/logger units (“BlackBox”) with SDI-12 / Modbus RS-485 connectivity.
This award supports the TEAMFORADRIS project’s objectives for monitoring and preserving marine ecosystems and advancing sustainable aquaculture practices through robust, field-ready instrumentation.
