Yesterday, June 12, 2025, at Technopolis City of Athens, @WINGS ICT Solutions— with the support of @DAEM — proudly showcased the future of smart city applications for resilience, safety, and culture. 

This demonstration was held in the context of the @TrialsNet project (TRials Supported by Smart Networks Beyond 5G, https://trialsnet.eu/), leveraging the capabilities of 5G/B5G networks. The project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon-JU-SNS-2022 Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101095871. 

A distinguished group of stakeholders joined the event, including representatives from: 
• City of Athens 
• Region of Crete 
• Hellenic Center for Defense Innovation S.A. (HCDI) 
• National Documentation Center (EKT) 
• Hellenic Institute for Crisis and Disaster Management 

They had the opportunity to experience firsthand our advanced technological solutions designed to address critical urban and societal challenges: 
🔹 wi.BREATHE – for early detection and monitoring of wildfires 
🔹 wi.CARE+ – for rapid emergency response in mass casualty incidents 
🔹 wi.MOVE – for the proactive management of public infrastructure 
🔹 wi.LIVE Culture – for enhancing citizens’ access to and engagement with cultural content and events 

These innovative systems reflect our commitment to building safer, smarter, and more inclusive cities — enabled by IoT, 5G and beyond, AI, and XR technologies. The solutions demonstrated mark a significant step toward empowering cities to respond swiftly and intelligently to both environmental and societal demands.
