WINGS ICT Solutions has developed and deployed an advanced AI-powered robotic system that optimizes the recognition and sorting of recyclable plastic materials. Combining Artificial Intelligence, machine vision and automation, the solution transforms recycling operations by achieving outstanding accuracy and throughput in real production conditions.
Built on the robust capabilities of the wi.supply platform, the system integrates high-resolution imaging, real-time AI algorithms for precise material detection, classification and tracking, as well as intelligent robotic control for high-speed sorting. Its intuitive interface, dashboards and analytics support operational visibility, optimization and data-driven decision-making. This architecture ensures seamless operation, scalability and adaptability across industrial environments.
By combining advanced imaging and AI, the system detects, classifies and tracks recyclable items such as PET, PE and PP on the conveyor belt in real time, dynamically guiding multiple robotic arms to collect and sort the materials with precision, even in mixed waste flows.
