As we move forward, we are preparing a new generation of platforms that combine advanced exposure and API mechanisms with resource-efficient design and robust trust-enhancing functions. These capabilities are directly aligned with the evolution of our platforms – wi. supply, wi.move, wi.breathe and all wi.products – enabling more transparent orchestration, verifiable automation, and trustworthy exposure in emerging 6G environments. This direction remains central to our R&D strategy and to the next wave of intelligent, intent-driven services.
In the Hexa-X-II cobot-powered warehouse PoC, WINGS has focused on the Trust Evaluation Function (TEF), delivering trust-aware workload allocation across compute nodes — a key mechanism for autonomous, reliable operations in the Cloud-to-Edge continuum.
Within this context, we are pleased to share a joint scientific publication developed together with the University of Murcia and Telefónica Digital, which introduces a Level-of-Trust framework extending intent-based networking with continuous trust assessment through trust assessment/evaluation functions (LoTAF/TEF), and validation in the Hexa-X-II cobot-powered warehouse scenario.
A warm thank you to all co-authors and partners for the collaborative effort. A modest but meaningful contribution from our side to the broader Hexa-X-II vision.
