We are pleased to announce the signing of the contract for the implementation of the Green Smart School project in the Municipality of Egaleo.
The project will transform the 4th High School of Egaleo into a Green & Smart School, aiming to reduce environmental footprint, optimize energy consumption, and actively engage the school community through cutting-edge technologies.
The solution includes:
*Deployment of smart sensors and IoT infrastructure
*Real-time environmental monitoring
*Advanced data analytics & AI-powered insights
*Digital twin of the school
*Mobile application with Augmented Reality (AR) features
A key component of the solution is wi.live, WINGS ICT Solutions’ innovative product, wi.live collects real-time data on visitors, events, and infrastructure, helping cities and venues enhance experience, safety, and operations.
The contract signing took place in the presence of representatives of the Municipality of Egaleo, including:
• Mayor, Mr. Lambros Sklavounos
• Secretary General, Mr. Nikos Nikolopoulos
• Deputy Mayor of Education, Mr. Giannis Koutoulias
• Director of Planning, Mr. Dimitris Tzembelikos
• Head of Directorate of Education, Sports & Culture, Mr. Giannis Tsounis
On behalf of WINGS ICT Solutions, the contract was signed by Mr. Panagiotis Demestichas, Co-founder & Chairman of the BoD, while Mr. Georgios Andreou, Business Development Manager (Public Sector), attended the signing ceremony as the commercial lead for the project.
